Sending a parcel with InPost Spain

InPost Spain provides tracked delivery for eligible Vendora orders sent from Spain to buyers in mainland Spain and supported European destinations. Buyers can choose this delivery method at checkout when it is available for the order.

Buyer instructions

When a seller has InPost Spain enabled, buyers can choose it as the delivery method during checkout.

If InPost Spain is not available at checkout, the buyer can contact the seller through chat and ask them to enable it:

•    from the Sell your item page,

•    from the Edit your ad page, or

•    by sending a payment request with InPost Spain enabled.

When the parcel is ready, InPost sends the collection instructions and access code by email, SMS or in the InPost app. You can also follow the order in Vendora.

Once the transaction is accepted, the seller receives the shipping instructions and prepares the parcel.

Seller instructions

After the buyer completes payment, the seller is notified to proceed with shipping.

From the transaction page, select Instructions & Shipping and follow the steps shown there.

•    Use only the shipping label generated by Vendora for that order. Print and attach the label on the biggest side of the parcel.

•    Remove or fully cover old labels and barcodes. Do not change the delivery address or add a second transport label.

•    Drop off the parcel at the Punto Pack or Locker shown in the order instructions.

•    Keep the drop-off receipt or digital handover confirmation (if any) until the order is completed.

•    After InPost records the first physical scan, tracking becomes active and Vendora updates the order automatically. No manual shipping-status update is needed.

Package limits & dimensions

Each shipment may contain one parcel with:

•    Maximum weight: 20 kg.

•    Maximum dimensions: 64 × 39 × 39 cm.

•    The packed parcel must fit completely inside the selected compartment without force.

Measure and weigh the parcel after all protective packaging has been added.

Delivery details & important notes

Delivery is to the selected InPost Locker or address. Delivery commonly takes about three business days within Spain and up to 10 business days internationally. Parcels are normally held for eight calendar days; follow the deadline in the InPost notification.

•    After the first InPost scan, Vendora updates the shipping status automatically.

•    If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, follow the instructions and collection deadline shown in the courier tracking or notification.

•    Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded because they require customs processing and are subject to import taxes.

Packaging responsibility

The seller is responsible for packaging the shipment. Proper packaging is essential to protect the parcel during transport, and inadequate packaging can affect a damage claim.

•    Use a rigid, undamaged outer box suitable for the item’s weight.

•    Wrap items separately, protect corners and fragile parts, and fill empty space so the contents cannot move.

•    Seal every opening and seam with strong parcel tape. A Fragile label does not replace protective packaging.

•    Remove or fully cover old labels and barcodes.

•    Place the Vendora shipping label flat on the largest side without covering a seam or folding it around an edge.

Tracking your parcel

Both buyers and sellers can follow the shipment from Profile → Transactions → Order details.

The parcel can also be tracked on the official InPost tracking page: https://www.inpost.es/seguimiento-del-envio/

Tracking may remain at “label created” until InPost records the first physical scan.

Damaged or lost shipments

First, report the problem through Profile → Transactions → Order details. For damage or missing contents, the buyer must report it before approving the order and within 48 hours of delivery.

Then contact Vendora Support and provide the requested evidence. Keep the parcel, all packaging and the shipping label until the case is closed.

Contact Vendora within 48 hours of delivery for damage or missing contents. Send tracking details and proof of drop-off. For damage, include photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, damaged item and shipping label. For delivered-but-not-received, include a signed non-receipt declaration if requested.

Maximum compensation: €25 per parcel, including shipping costs, under InPost’s terms.

For Vendora’s general evidence and transport-damage process, see the Return Policy.

Prohibited items

Do not send dangerous, explosive, flammable, radioactive, toxic or corrosive goods, weapons or ammunition, cash or securities, jewellery or exceptional-value goods, narcotics, live animals, human remains, wet/leaking parcels or temperature-sensitive perishables. Batteries, liquids, alcohol, medicines and fragile goods must meet the current service rules and destination restrictions.

This list is not exhaustive. The item must also comply with Vendora’s rules, the carrier’s current terms, and the laws of the origin and destination countries. If an item needs a special dangerous-goods, temperature-controlled, age-verified, insured or customs service, it cannot be sent with a standard Vendora label.
