By choosing our “Buy via Vendora” service, Vendora secures the financial side of the transaction. However, the shipment and delivery of the package are handled by the selected courier company.
Within the Transactions section of your profile, you can select Package Details to find:
- The tracking link
- The tracking code
Using this information, you can follow the progress of your shipment directly through the courier’s tracking system.
Delivery time
Delivery times may vary depending on several factors, including:
- The seller’s location
- The buyer’s location
- Whether the shipment is domestic or international
- Delivery to remote areas, islands, villages, or other hard-to-reach locations
- The courier company’s workload and operational conditions
In most cases, deliveries are completed within 5 to 14 business days, although some shipments may arrive sooner or take longer depending on the circumstances above.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend checking the tracking information first and then contacting the courier company for further updates.
