DPD Belgium provides tracked delivery for eligible Vendora orders sent from Belgium to buyers in Belgium and supported European destinations. Buyers can choose this delivery method at checkout when it is available for the order.
Where does this courier deliver?
From the origin country, this service delivers to: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
For deliveries to Spain: shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded because they require customs processing and are subject to import taxes.
Buyer instructions
When a seller has DPD Belgium enabled, buyers can choose it as the delivery method during checkout.
If DPD Belgium is not available at checkout, the buyer can contact the seller through chat and ask them to enable it:
• from the Sell your item page,
• from the Edit your ad page, or
• by sending a payment request with DPD Belgium enabled.
DPD sends delivery or collection updates by email or SMS and via their app. You can also follow the order in Vendora.
Once the transaction is accepted, the seller receives the shipping instructions and prepares the parcel.
Seller instructions
After the buyer completes payment, the seller is notified to proceed with shipping.
From the transaction page, select Instructions & Shipping and follow the steps shown there.
• Use only the shipping label generated by Vendora for that order. Print and attach the label on the biggest side of the parcel.
• Remove or fully cover old labels and barcodes. Do not change the delivery address or add a second transport label.
• Drop off the parcel at the DPD Pickup location shown in the order instructions.
• After DPD records the first physical scan, tracking becomes active and Vendora updates the order automatically. No manual shipping-status update is needed.
Package limits & dimensions
Each shipment may contain one parcel with:
• Home delivery: maximum 20 kg, maximum side length 175 cm and maximum dimensions rule 300 cm.
• Pickup point delivery: maximum 20 kg, maximum side length 100 cm and maximum dimensions rule 250 cm.
• Maximum dimensions rule: longest side + (2 × width) + (2 × height).
Measure and weigh the parcel after all protective packaging has been added.
Delivery details & important notes
Delivery is to home address or a DPD Pickup location based on selection at check out. Delivery within Belgium and the Benelux is commonly within 3 working days; supported European delivery generally takes 5–10 working days. Pickup parcels are normally held for five calendar days.
• After the first DPD scan, Vendora updates the shipping status automatically.
• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, follow the instructions and collection deadline shown in the courier tracking or notification.
Packaging responsibility
The seller is responsible for packaging the shipment. Proper packaging is essential to protect the parcel during transport, and inadequate packaging can affect a damage claim.
• Use a rigid, undamaged outer box suitable for the item’s weight.
• Wrap items separately, protect corners and fragile parts, and fill empty space so the contents cannot move.
• Seal every opening and seam with strong parcel tape. A Fragile label does not replace protective packaging.
• Remove or fully cover old labels and barcodes.
• Place the Vendora shipping label flat on the largest side without covering a seam or folding it around an edge.
Tracking your parcel
Both buyers and sellers can follow the shipment from Profile → Transactions → Order details.
The parcel can also be tracked on the official DPD tracking page: https://www.dpd.com/be/en/receiving/track-trace/
Tracking may remain at “label created” until DPD records the first physical scan.
Damaged or lost shipments
First, report the problem through Profile → Transactions → Order details. For damage or missing contents, the buyer must report it before approving the order and within 48 hours of delivery.
Then contact Vendora Support and provide the requested evidence. Keep the parcel, all packaging and the shipping label until the case is closed.
Damage or loss: contact Vendora within 2 calendar days of delivery. Send proof of value, plus photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, damaged item and shipping label or proof of drop-off and tracking details. Delivered-but-not-received: contact Vendora within 2 calendar days after the last scan with proof of value and a legally binding non-receipt declaration. Keep the packaging for 3 months.
Compensation: depends on the courier terms and is determined by them after examination of the case.
For Vendora’s general evidence and transport-damage process, see the Return Policy.
Prohibited items
Do not send dangerous goods, explosives, firearms or ammunition, illegal drugs, cash or securities, precious metals or stones, live animals, human remains, plants, uncontrolled perishables, prescription medicines or needles, or unique and irreplaceable documents. Very high-value goods and items requiring a special contract are excluded.
This list is not exhaustive. The item must also comply with Vendora’s rules, the carrier’s current terms, and the laws of the origin and destination countries. If an item needs a special dangerous-goods, temperature-controlled, age-verified, insured or customs service, it cannot be sent with a standard Vendora label.
