Sending a parcel with Correos Spain

Correos Spain provides tracked delivery for eligible Vendora orders sent from Spain to buyers in mainland Spain and supported international destinations. Buyers can choose this delivery method at checkout when it is available for the order.

Buyer instructions

When a seller has Correos Spain enabled, buyers can choose it as the delivery method during checkout.

If Correos Spain is not available at checkout, the buyer can contact the seller through chat and ask them to enable it:

•    from the Sell your item page,

•    from the Edit your ad page, or

•    by sending a payment request with Correos Spain enabled.

Correos sends delivery or collection updates by email or SMS. You can also follow the order in Vendora.

Once the transaction is accepted, the seller receives the shipping instructions and prepares the parcel.

Seller instructions

After the buyer completes payment, the seller is notified to proceed with shipping.

From the transaction page, select Instructions & Shipping and follow the steps shown there.

•    Use only the shipping label generated by Vendora for that order. Print and attach the label on the biggest side of the parcel.

•    Remove or fully cover old labels and barcodes. Do not change the delivery address or add a second transport label.

•    Drop off the parcel at the Correos Post Office or use the Citypaq method shown in the order instructions.

•    Keep the drop-off receipt or digital handover confirmation (if any) until the order is completed.

•    After Correos records the first physical scan, tracking becomes active and Vendora updates the order automatically. No manual shipping-status update is needed.

Package limits & dimensions

Each shipment may contain one parcel with:

•    Deliveries within Spain: maximum 20 kg, maximum side length 120 cm and length + width + height no more than 210 cm.

•    International deliveries: maximum 20 kg, maximum side length 105 cm and length + width + height no more than 200 cm. Destination restrictions may apply.

Measure and weigh the parcel after all protective packaging has been added.

Delivery details & important notes

Delivery is to the buyer’s address, a Correos Post Office or a Citypaq Locker, depending on the service selected at checkout. Delivery within Spain usually takes 3 business days. Parcels sent to or redirected to a Post Office are normally held for 15 days; follow the deadline in the Correos notification.

•    After the first Correos scan, Vendora updates the shipping status automatically.

•    If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, follow the instructions and collection deadline shown in the courier tracking or notification.

•    Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded because they require customs processing and are subject to import taxes.

Packaging responsibility

The seller is responsible for packaging the shipment. Proper packaging is essential to protect the parcel during transport, and inadequate packaging can affect a damage claim.

•    Use a rigid, undamaged outer box suitable for the item’s weight.

•    Wrap items separately, protect corners and fragile parts, and fill empty space so the contents cannot move.

•    Seal every opening and seam with strong parcel tape. A Fragile label does not replace protective packaging.

•    Remove or fully cover old labels and barcodes.

•    Place the Vendora shipping label flat on the largest side without covering a seam or folding it around an edge.

Tracking your parcel

Both buyers and sellers can follow the shipment from Profile → Transactions → Order details.

The parcel can also be tracked on the official Correos tracking page: https://www.correos.es/es/en/tools/tracker/items/details

Tracking may remain at “label created” until Correos records the first physical scan.

Damaged or lost shipments

First, report the problem through Profile → Transactions → Order details. For damage or missing contents, the buyer must report it before approving the order and within 48 hours of delivery.

Then contact Vendora Support and provide the requested evidence. Keep the parcel, all packaging and the shipping label until the case is closed.

Damage and loss: contact Vendora within 2 days of delivery. Send proof of value and photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, damaged item and shipping labe or proof of shipment. Delivered-but-not-received: contact Vendora from 2 days after the delivery scan with a signed non-receipt declaration.

*If you can not provide a purchase invoice in case of production/second-hand products, then you may upload a statement in PDF format explaining the origin of the costs to complete all the required fields.

Maximum compensation: for domestic parcels, €6.67 per billed kg plus the shipping fee. For international road transport, the compensation is based on courier terms.

For Vendora’s general evidence and transport-damage process, see the Return Policy.

Prohibited items

Do not send illegal goods, explosives, ammunition, weapons, flammable, toxic, corrosive or radioactive materials, narcotics, cash or prohibited valuables, live animals, human remains, uncontrolled perishables or leaking parcels. Batteries, aerosols, perfumes, alcohol, tobacco, medicines and plants are subject to destination and transport-mode restrictions.

This list is not exhaustive. The item must also comply with Vendora’s rules, the carrier’s current terms, and the laws of the origin and destination countries. If an item needs a special dangerous-goods, temperature-controlled, age-verified, insured or customs service, it cannot be sent with a standard Vendora label.
