Return policy

Our return policy is designed to be fair to both sellers and buyers. It applies to items that differ from the description or photos in the listing.

  • In the case of shipment, after receiving the item, the buyer has 2 days to inspect it. If the item is rejected, the buyer submits a return request to the seller, stating the reason for the return. The seller is required to accept the return only if the listing photos or description contain inaccuracies. Read here in which cases the buyer can request a return.
  • If the seller does not accept the return, the transaction will be put on hold and reviewed by a member of the transaction management team.
  • If the seller accepts the return, once they receive the item back, they have 3 days to verify that it is in the same condition as when it was sent. If the seller approves the item, the payment will be refunded to the buyer. If the seller does not approve it, the transaction will be put on hold and the issue will be resolved by a member of the transaction management team.
