Can international buyers purchase my items on Vendora?
Yes. Once you enable an integrated courier that supports international delivery, eligible buyers in other EU countries will be able to purchase your items.
Which buyers can order from me?
Buyers can place an order using the couriers you have enabled if they live in one of the following EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
If you are selling from Greece, you must enable Geniki Taxydromiki, DPD via ACS drop-off, or both to offer delivery to buyers across the EU.
For sellers in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain, delivery to buyers across the EU is available by default.
If you are selling from Cyprus, you will need to arrange delivery directly with the buyer.
How will international buyers receive their parcel?
The buyer does not need to have the same courier company in their country.
Here is how delivery works:
- You send the parcel using the courier selected on Vendora.
- The courier transports the parcel internationally.
- When the parcel reaches the buyer’s country, it is automatically handed over to a trusted local delivery partner.
- The local partner completes the delivery to the buyer.
Buyers will also receive notifications when the parcel:
- is out for delivery;
- is ready for collection, if applicable; or
- has been delivered.
A buyer abroad cannot complete checkout or asks me to use another courier. What should I do?
The steps depend on the country you are selling from.
If you are selling from Greece:
- Open the listing and select Edit.
- Enable Geniki Taxydromiki, DPD via ACS drop-off, or both.
- Save your changes.
The buyer should then be able to purchase the item directly through Vendora.
If you are selling from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands or Spain:
International delivery is enabled by default. However, you can check which couriers are currently enabled for your listing and enable additional options if requested by the buyer.
If you are selling from Cyprus:
International shipping through Vendora is not currently available. You will need to arrange delivery directly with the buyer. We’re working to make this option available in the future.
Do I receive a shipping voucher?
Yes – Vendora automatically generates the correct voucher once the order is placed and guides you through the process.
Packaging international shipments
International parcels are handled more frequently during transit, so strong and secure packaging is essential.
Make sure the item is fully protected and cannot move around inside the parcel. Do not use unsuitable packaging, such as paper bags, wooden or metal boxes, or tubes.
Always follow the courier’s packaging guidelines. If the item is not packaged properly, any claim for loss or damage may be reduced or rejected by the courier.
